EFT: Emotional Freedom Techniques

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a method of healing emotional and physical distress, utilizing the body’s energy system; it draws upon techniques from acupuncture and other systems of healing.

EFT is a procedure which involves tapping several acupressure points on the face and body, paired with statements to release blockages. Energy can be blocked by many different things, such as (but not limited to) trauma, anxiety, physical pain, resentment, anger, shame, guilt, or sadness. With EFT, most energetic imbalances can be relieved in a short period of time, while others may be relieved through repeating the EFT process.

You are required to take complete responsibility for your own emotional and/or physical well being both during and after receiving EFT.
