Rates
Fees are based on session length and the type of services provided. You are responsible for paying at the time of your session, unless prior arrangements have been made.
Insurance
I am a private/self-pay practice, however, if you would like to use your insurance for counseling services, I'm in-network with BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, Beacon, Healthchoice, Healthcare Highways, Medicare, and Tricare.
Payment
Cash, check, and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask that you provide me with 24 hour notice. If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, you will be charged the full fee for your service (unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control).
